Scale a fintech brand in one of Europe’s most competitive freelance markets.

Worksible is a fintech startup focused on the freelance market, a crowded space in Europe. The challenge was not only to have a good product, but to take the brand to the next level: make it look and feel equal to the biggest players, and build an acquisition engine that could sustain growth over time.

The goal was clear and ambitious: scale the Worksible brand so it could compete on equal terms, and build an acquisition engine that would sustain that growth. We were aiming for record sign-ups and published projects, with a brand and content that matched that level.

A solid brand, ready to compete in a demanding market.

It was a long-term project, worked as a team over several months, touching every part of the brand: creative direction, web design, SEO and growth. We started with a complete brand book, defining Worksible’s visual and communication system from scratch. With that creative direction, we redesigned the website so it could compete with any large player in the European freelance market. In parallel we worked SEO in depth, optimising structure, content and rankings so Worksible started to appear where its audience was already searching. For growth, we designed static pieces and advanced motion graphics for paid media and content, standing out in a market full of generic ads. Every piece came from the same creative direction, so the brand felt consistent wherever it appeared. Above all it was teamwork: creative direction, design, SEO and growth moving toward the same goal, adjusting month by month from what the data showed.

Record sign-ups and a Google ranking that moved to the first page.

The joint work took Worksible to record sign-ups and published projects on the platform, the clearest sign that brand and growth strategy were working together. In SEO the jump is clear: in the last quarter, Worksible generated 1,050 clicks and 29,400 impressions, with an average position of 8.9, meaning first-page Google results. It was not a one-off spike: in total it accumulated more than 8,700 clicks and 450,000 impressions, improving month after month. With creative direction, web design and content working as one system, Worksible now has a brand that looks and feels ready to compete in any European market.
